By using the LanceFlow Institute website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
2. Educational purpose
Catalog products and lessons are educational materials. They do not constitute licensing, legal, engineering, safety, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for following applicable laws, codes, employer procedures, manufacturer instructions, and qualified professional judgment.
3. Account and access
Where access is offered, users must provide accurate information and protect any credentials issued to them. Access may not be shared, resold, copied, scraped, or used to create a competing training library.
4. Catalog and pricing
Displayed catalog information and prices are presented for planning. The demonstration cart does not process payment or create an order. Any paid arrangement is confirmed separately in writing by LanceFlow Institute.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person, or use the content in a way that creates avoidable safety risks.
6. Intellectual property
The LanceFlow Institute brand, written lessons, curriculum structures, interface design, and original materials belong to LanceFlow Institute or its licensors. Limited personal review is allowed; reproduction requires written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee a particular work result, business outcome, certification, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, LanceFlow Institute is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content.
8. Changes and contact
